Academic Matters
We strongly believe in continuous assessment of our learners and not just summative assessment.
As a result, each term, our learners write five unannounced Class Exercises (CE), which account for 10%; two continuous assessment tests (10% each); two written assignments (10% each);one project (10%) and one final examination for the term that accounts for the remainder 40(%).
-
the least pass score at IJA is 60%.
-
test papers consist of 30 multiple choice and 5 Essay-type questions (for Senior Secondary CA Test); 25 multiple choice and 3 Essay-type questions (for Junior Secondary CA Test).
